Teachers and schools provide students with education - knowledge, skills and values - in the classroom. For further steps to decision after leaving school is the self-recognition - in this context, the acquisition of knowledge about their own psychic abilities, opportunities and realities - the prerequisite for the proper career and study choice.

My responsibility

is to lead the way in finding the personal targets of the pupil. The individual and vocational key to sustained success is the knowledge about personality. I will guide into a direction which is being developed jointly by the preferences and inclinations.

My target

is to advise the pupils to get a better understanding of the own personality in order to structure the future life.

Consider me as a signpost on one of the important crossroads in life.

My work

is supported by the personality analysis developed from Peter Kropp -so called -key4you, which is based of the personality typology of Carl Gustav Jung and Fritz Riemann. The instrument key4you is dynamic - it shows personal talents and abilities as already accomplished and still to be development steps.
